A few days ago we saw a dorsal fin milling around on the surface right off Redondo. Went under about 20 feet in front of our boat before we could see what it was. Figured it was a popoise or something... maybe not? Anybody else see this?

It was like watching "When Animals Attack!" it was thrashing on the surface, until it bit the damn flouner in half! Same place as Easy's pic...Redondo. I seen a guy catch a 200+ pound halibut once and something like this happened. He was fighting in a small ling cod and this big halibut came up and down his cod. Well, he feed the fish and the halibut down the hole thing and he ended up getting the halibut in. _________________________ Keep it simple~~~ Come on and come to my house girls, girls~~~ Life is like a roll of toilet paper. Hooked it and while i was reeling in i felt a big tug then pulled up 3/4 of a flounder, but it was still kickin!! _________________________ ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Occupation: I pet the fish.

I have a friend who uses small live flounder as bait for lings and does really well.
