Spoke with some of tribal fisherman
yesterday, and they said it had been slow for them. Just wondering if it will be extended, since it's my back yard. They also said that the fish were unusually deep because of water temps.

I doubt the sportfisherman will get an extended season.

From what I was just told moments ago by a co-worker who had just talked to his Biologist buddy, the tribes are doing a test fishery tonight. The bio said that they are claiming it is slow. My opinion is it's better than last year.
I believe that this will be the last weekend.

That was what I thought,

but I saw boats coming in with maybe 30 fish at the most.

If fishing is that bad for the indians there may be an emergency closure for the sporties.
