Not bad. On the water about 5:45, had 3 in the boat by 7, limited and home washing the boat at 9:30.
1 king (18#), 2 Humpies (3# and 6#), 1 Silver (4#).

Cut-plug herring was the ticket behind a flasher between 40 and 60.

Seaweed was pretty bad, but got the bigger hump when I pulled off the downrigger to remove a huge clump of salad from the cable ....pretty cool.

Right on Mawdet!

That sea weed can be a real pain in the a**. Some days it is there and some days it is not.

I got out there around 8:00. There was plenty of action although we only boated a silver. Had three pinks on, one to the boat, but all popped off in the end. Plus plenty of solid strikes. At one point a school of pinks came through and it looked like pretty much everyone was hooked up. We were on flaher/herring combos as well.

Well on the water by 5:00 pm. 1 shaker at 60ft @Redondo. Fished intill 7:00 and headed over to Pt Rob. No luck there. Did see two kings landed there and marked a school of fish between 90 to 134 in 280 ft of water. Didn't mark any thing in close 90 to 100. Did'nt care for the seeweed over at Redondo. Was really clean over at Pt Rob. Way to go Mawdet and you to Sideoff. Well hopefully Elliot will be worth it this weekend.
