Do you guys have any info on this spot? What are the crowds like, is it primative camping, hows the launch, nearest bait shop, and how long of a run to Astoria Bridge by boat?

The launch is pretty good.It can get crowded at times.They do have some spots with hookups.And some primitive.Some are just a spot in a field.You should make it to the bridge in about 20 minutes or so.Might be a good alternative because if the wind picks up its an easier run up to deep river than down to Chinook or Ilwaco.
When you go over the Deep river bridge (newer cement bridge that makes a corner)just about 15 miles before Naselle take a left on Onieda road.Stop at the shack on the left about 1 1/2 miles up the road.Its windy and narrow so take your time.They run the launch and camp area.
The number for Evies bait shack is..... I cant find it and just had it the otherday.I'll post it later if It shows up.Try directory assistance for Naselle.They should have it.
Evies can give you more info and fill you in on the bait situation.Hers is the shack I mentioned above.
