I am recently new to river fishing for salmon and i live over here in enumclaw. My buddy curtis took me to the Puyallup today and we got skunked.. anyways i will be going there this weekend and was wondering if anyone can give me some info on a really killer rig for the humpys in there. I have always been a sound/lake person and from my expirence today i really want to put some fish in the cooler and nail them..
all info would help

thanx
Brendan

cerise is the ticket although 98% of the fish are being FLOSSED. in that case use longer leaders. tons of people on the river there.

cerise is a pinkish red color, if i remember right. and flossed means that the fish swims into your leader and gets hooked incidentally. it's legal to keep fish hooked in this way, but i would never admit it here, since most of the fanatics will crucify you
