iam confused the regs says on the snohomish and sky rivers all species night closure and non-buoyant lure restrition from aug 1 to nov 30 so does that mean that you cant use dick-nites and humpy special in those river????

NO, it means that any non-floating lure must be equipped with a single hook: IE (snaggers favorite) Buzz Bombs that come packaged with a treble hook, throw the hook away and buy some siwash hooks to replace em. If there's still a question drop your lure in the water if it sinks by itself then it must have a single hook.

I think night closure is from one hour after dark to one hour before sunrise.
