seems like I've seen an increasing no. of pro sport-fishermen/fish articles in the pee-eye, anyone else agree?

Be a shame if the join operating agreement went away and we were stuck w/only the times...

I believe WDFW believes themselves to be administrators and enforcers and not raisers of fish. They are leaving that to the feds. The feds get their money either from dam mitigation funds or from funds appropriated to Indian affairs. Most fishermen do not like either dams or Indian activities, but without that money we would be really screwed.
