Does anyone participate in this late season coho fishery?

If so, any words of wisdom would be appreciated.

Never participated in the late season but i watched the marina every day while working.

Not really a good fishery the kings are mostly black and the silvers are not taking bait well.

All you are fishing for is the fish waiting to head up the Quileute and they have mostly stopped feeding then.

The fishery is mostly there so the tribe can make a little money off of it not much other reason. The success rates arnt very good.

No problem,

I should change my moniker as I dont live in Forks anymore but I spent 4 years working in La Push as a cop. Thank God Im gone now! I love the Forks area but I can tell you i wont miss the tribe.

Your time would be much better spent out at Sekiu.

Iwas there over the 4th of July and had my 2003 Chev Suburban keyed end to end. Also saw a concerted effort by locals to blow up an outhouse.
