I've enjoyed this BB for a couple of years now. As of late, the "pot stirrers" have really come out in full force and it's tarnished the reputation of this BB. I'll admit, I've screwed with people and stirred the pot on this BB. However, my posts were intended to be humorous and I always steered clear from the political stuff that should be discussed elsewhere. Remember this one? COWLITZ RIVER TO SHUT DOWN COMPLETELY...... I've since quit posting such nonsense because any time a guy decides to have some fun he either gets slammed or it turns into a presidential debate. Unfortunately, I am posting on another website now about FISHING related topics. I forgot how fun it was to talk about FISHING. I still plan on lurking around piscatorialpursuits but don't intend on giving advice or seeking it until this BS stops. This used to be the best salmon/steelhead forum on the web... IT STILL CAN BE!!!!!

I would have to say I agree that some of the NFR post are getting really old. But right now on the main page only 4 out of 35 threads are NFR. Things seem to be calming down a little.
And in my opinion this is still one of the best boards going. At 10:00am this morning I took a look at the number of people logged into 4 NW fishing forums. This site had 42 people I wont name the others but there numbers logged in were 14,6,1.
This board is great but we need to put a stop to the few people that start there posts with the name calling if they cant debate an issue without attacking the other person they should not post at all.
And Cuttie I think you will come back here after awhile. Some of the boards get a little geriatric after awhile.

Cuttie, since we seem to have so many political activists running around here, I have taken to encouraging them to take their activities to the politicians - see my post at the top of the board. Any of you good writers out there who can put together a pro fish message for us to e-mail or fax to our legislators, DO IT. Take your anger out on the ones who deserve it. Otherwise, post about fishing and more fishing
