Best place to score smoking chips

Ok I have a ton of smoking to do this next week, and I need to score some big bags... of wood chips.
I would rather not buy the small bags that you can get at sporting goods stores, anyone know of a good place to score some bulk chips in apple or hickory?

GI Joes has fairly large bags of chunks, which is what I use. I bag will do an awful lot of smoking.

Hey Sky, Can't help you with the chips, but how did you do this weekend? I gave you a couple calls on the VHF. We were skunked Saturday afternoon fishing the west side from Jeff head up to West Possesion. Then got three Sunday, 2 of those pretty nice at Edmonds. -rbf

Hey RBF- I never got out on the water unfortunately, but my yard looks great and I have one happy wife for staying in! I did look into my boat and saw that my buddy and I forgot the bait bucket in there since last weekend!!! WHOAH NELLIE!

Apple orchards usually have broken branch/fall trimming piles stop by and ask a apple farmer, next a old blade and a chop saw make quarter size pellets. works great.....DJ

In a pinch I use the Mesquite in the small bags from Safeway. Kind of expensive way to go, but as long as your not smoking humpies ...  A good buddy used to spin up bag loads of cherry for me on his lathe. We did see Starcraft Tom and , well if it wasn't you Ryley I don't know who it was. They called out to Barry. The Amy Lynn is pretty easy to spot out there. There aren't that many Grand Banks out sportfishing.

I use the Large chips they have at wallmart (when they have them) They are usually by the barbaquers. cheap and good chips.

sky guy, the main market supply is in the seattle area, there is one here in portland that i buy mine at.... www.marketsupply.com great guys.
