MacSteely Juvenille at Sea Registered: 01/09/01 Posts: 152 Loc: Kennewick, Wa.	Okay all you scheming and evil minds I need some advise...I broke my brand new Shimano Rod tip this past weekend by accidently stepping on it in my boat...any suggestions if Shimano decides not to honor the warranty (lifetime)? Any good excuses that would get me off the hook (besides telling the truth) where they (Shimano) would'nt hesitate to honor the warranty. You know....a lil stretching of the truth on how the rod tip broke off?

Dave Vedder Reverend Tarpones Registered: 10/09/02 Posts: 8379 Loc: West Duvall	Go with the truth. They usually can tell if it broke from abuse or maunfacturing failure anyway. The truth may get you a bit of sympathy. _________________________ No huevos no pollo.
