Why drive all the way to the coast?
The river is loaded right now.
I have hooked at least 2 hog silvers a day in the last few days. Seen alot of fish caught on the outgoing tide.
Don't let the mud get you down. A load of coho came up with it.
It is as hot as the PU was this year. Without all the humpys.
beer
I have seen the nets loaded this last week.

I hope I have not spoiled anybodys zipperlip.

Way too many fish and not enough fishermen.

Why fight the crowds. We all have fish in our back yards. Go find them.

man, i haven't caught a silver out of the nisqually in years. all the morons that pile up on the one good remaining spot below the trestle make it hard to fish

we need a few good samaritans with machetes and chainsaws to take out all that vegetation that grew up on the riprap down there, it's impossible to cast from off the rocks any more.

i might give the river a shot for silvers, not much to lose since i live 10 minutes away. but if i don't do any good i'll just wait for those december chums

Drove over it today on the way back from fishing the South Saound for chums. The river looked like some of thouse in Mississippi. Brow, red, mud. It's the worst I've ever seen it. Go someplace else if you plann to catch fish.
