I'm gonna guess the Icicle river, the name hasn't been thrown around too much and it does have 2 i's in it, and it starts in i, so I figured what the hell, whi not.

I got one guess so I'm gonna make it good. I dont know the history of this river but I do believe the upper streches are locked now.

Hey Mooch, I am quite the investigator and I have found you out. More to the point I have to much time on my hands.

Well being I grew up in Renton and learned how to steelhead & trout fish on the "CEDAR river and now reside in the upper reaches of Hobart,Wa right next to the cedar river water shed,and after rereading all the previous posts I'm gonna say that it is the upper stretch of the cedar river above landsburg and below chester morris lake.Good luck,
