I was talking with a buddy last night (my best fishing buddy) and we thought it would be cool to get a group of guys together to meet maybe once or twice a month to discuss fishing, set up clean-ups, go on excursions, share techniques and BS. If you guys had the opportunity to join something like this would you join it? Sounds kinda like TU but I don't want it to get THAT organized. Just a laid back organization of guys that like to fish and talk fishing.
We might get something going here based on the responses I get from this BB. Both of us live in the Olympia area so our draw would probably be folks from the South Sound. what

I would like to be part of this group. I live in Lacey and have been fishing for approx 15 years in the Northwest. Always love to share info and get new ideas.

TU is not THAT organized and Olympia has a good Chapter. I have also heard good things about the Oympia Chapter of PSA.

You guys are to far away, so I well start a northern club and we well exchange hosting dutys for a soutern trip and a northern trip each year......no derbys or tournys it ruins the fun, the goal would be to get the visiting team on fish and expect them to outdo you when its their turn....win/win situation......

I thought about starting a club. we fish every thing up here from cuttys/dollys to all the salmon to lingcod and even bass in the spring. so wouldnt it be fun to have a meeting breakfest place, meet, eat, and draw from a seasonal bag on where and what we ar going to fish for tommorow ....DJ
