Just in case you haven't gotten your quota of cards this season, we'd like to expand your collection a little bit Happy Holidays from the two of us ... hope all have a safe & joyous holiday season! What, no big fish pic this year??? Nope, with our fall vacation pretty much wiped out, we scrambled a little bit for our pic this year and I want to hear NO comments about my skinhead look in preparation of our trip that didn't really happen I think with our upcoming trip, we'll have plenty to choose from for next year

Food??????????? We wish! e'll actaully be doing Christams din-din with our familes on the 29th ... so tomorrow will still be a diet day for us Okay, maybe I'll cheat a tad! Can't quit now, lost 22 lbs. since mid-November and just 18 days or so before we're off to hot, white sandy beaches, so we're in the stretch run! Merry Christmas Matt!

Merry Christmas, Bob, Corey, one and all!
(I thought you looked thinner in that boat than your pictures make you appear, Bob. Good job!)

No fancy diet ... if it had to have a name, I'd call it the 'INE DIET ... Life's two essential nutrients, caffiene and nicotine ... and not much else other than my vitamins Oh yeah, miles and miles of power walking on the treadmill, and loads of crunches & pushups, etc. I know, it's not the best way to do it, but I heard Greenpeace was gonna have a convention in Aruba in January and I sure didn't want to get awoken too often from my beach naps as I got pushed back into the water Never gonna be a stick figure, not in my gene pool, that's for sure ... need some winter insulation anyhow. Just haven't been as active outside of rowing as I used to be, partially because I've been so busy the past few years and perhaps a little related to the limited mobiity I had for some time with my back. Just time to shed a layer or two, need a little cushion on my fanny too for that rower's seat! Can I write a book now too?
