I came a cross some of these, white with three pink dots on each side. I got them cheap and wanted to know how many people use them with eggs/shrimp tails?

My main question is when should I use them summer or winter steelhead? Also what water color works best for these?....Thanks in advance Ross

Since they are mainly white I use them when the water is a little on the murky side.

Use that corkie with some cherise yarn and a little egg or shrimp tail.I'd use it in the winter.
Good luck,

I would use them with shrimp or eggs mainly when the water is up and has color. Also, first thing in the morning regardless of clarity.

All-be-it more years ago than you need to know this was THE go-to combo for fishing in Tokle (sp?) creek when the Snohomish was bank to bank. God only knows how they could see this in the 'creek' with all the bubble, etc. But this combo accounted for over 90% of my fish on a 6-12 inch leader.
