Howdy all,

Not sure if anyone was headed up this way today, but it seems they greatly increased the outflow from the dams last night.

Got up this morning and it is running at over 20'...that's enough to fully cover most all the available walking beaches, and a jump of 2+ ft. overnight.

Color is looking pretty ugly too (worse than the normal ugly) at least here below the Baker.

The Skagit at Marblemount:

Other stations around the state:

I'm always checking the USGS graphs.

Thanks for the report. Have you seen if it's holding it's color better above the Sauk? The upper stretch is fishable up to around 10,000cfs.

Hi Cupo:

The chart for the Skagit above Marblemount is showing over 13,000 CFS there as of 1:30 today.

The Skagit at the Dalles Bridge is running at 25,100 CFS...its really cooking down there, with the level running 20'+.

I am sure it is much cleaner above the Sauk, but I haven't been up there today to check.
