Recently it seems like we have had lots of judges giving creative sentences. For example kids who violate noise ordinances might get their sentences reduced if they listen to opera. Maybe we should give this guy the option of a normal sentence in jail, however long it is; or half his normal sentence, if he is willing to serve the sentence in the cargo tank of his sewage truck. Just a thought.

I suspect that the lawsuit from the shellfish farm will make him sorry enough. They will own him.

I agree with you folks on what a turd (pun intended) this guy is but have to laugh seeing as millions of gallons of sewage and toxic pollutants are dumped every day into the sound by industry and gov't alike. Have any of you seen the map of discharge pipes in PS? Or know that they are 10ft in diameter and larger in some cases?
Look it up, not many realize that there are so many "Effluent" pipes in PS.......

I have actually seen where an entire pod of those boneless browns have beached themselves. The only thing I can figure is they must be attracted to paper.

Mastercaster is right. This guy is a complete ass***e, but we have MANY cities, and industries discharging millions of gallons of poorly treated crap into our waters, not to mention ALL of Victoria's waste, the bazillions of gallons of cow poop that goes into the Snohomish system, etc, etc., etc. Then we have this administration trying to weaken the clean water act. It's a miracle we have any wild fish left.
