Lost the regs I saw it closes from mouth to sultan river on March 1 . Is the upper river still open. The green is closed and i need to go somewhere .

Entire river is open until March 1st then she shuts down

CORRECTION - THE WAY I READ THE CLOSURE, THE RIVER CLOSES FROM SULTAN TO MOUTH EFFECTIVE MARCH 1. THE RIVER ABOVE THE SULTAN REMAINS OPEN UNTIL THE NORMAL CLOSURE.

And the normal closure date above sultan is Feb 29 as per the regs so yes the whole river is closed as of the end of month.
