Anybody interested in fishing the Ronde this weekend. Am going by myself and would like to meet someone down there this weekend.

I would love to drive 16 to fish 8 but cant this weekend.

My Brother said fishing has been "off da hizzle fa snizzle" down there lately, you'll have fun.

Good luck and let us know how it was Tim.

Might be too late to catch you before you leave, but you might want to check the stream gage at Troy. Flows at Troy have been rising rapidly the last couple days and crested today at 3,700 cfs.

I live in LaGrande and we always try to time our trips following spikes in the hydrograph.

I'm sure if you're bait fishing, you'll be fine, but rising water and turbidity make fly fishing tough. good luck.

My Brother in Law reported that the river was blown last weekend, no fish. He said he knows they are in there in force, so if the river is down you should have good fishing.

Right now it is at about 5700 CFS. Two years ago, same time of year, with the same water flow (right around 6000) we were slaying at the hatchery.
