I'll be fishing the CR next week. I have a variety of flashers and dodgers. For the trolling time down there, what is the opinion of folks about using a flasher, dodger or nothing when trolling cut-plug? I was thinking of using my mid-size light green fish-flash in front of the herring.

I'll be anchored on the outgoing when I'm using the KF.

I run my herring without a flasher/dodger 90% of the time. If I use one I use a small chartreuse fish flash. Good Luck.....Ross

I've never used a flasher for springers. Did good last year dragging cutplug around without one.

I like either a small fish flash or a small dodger. Have also caught fish with nothing. The metal won't scare them away.

Those kwikfish will work on the troll as well. Big ones.
