Last weekend I filleted some sardines and marinated them in an assortment of scents. Do to the tides, I didnt use them. They were kept on ice and were immediately returned to the fridge after my trip. Does anyone think that they will still be good on friday morning? Or should I start all over again? Thx in advance

I've had best luck by re-freezing the fillets as soon as I get home if it's going to be more than a few days... otherwise they get pretty tough (I keep them on rock salt). If you don't have them on rock salt they may go the other way and get too mushy.

I would make an attempt. If they look good and smell good fish aren't as finicky as some make it sound.

Or better yet stick 'em somewhere in your bosses office. This works great just keep a straight face. I sorta miss my old boss, for some reason her presence was enough to make me think about the Hoh.
