Which hook accounts for the higher percentage of hookups. Do the fish usually get hooked on the belly hook or on the tail hook?

Lead Thrower, That debate could go on for years...and years....You are best off adding a larger hook to the tail end of your offering instead of going with a single in the belly...most add chain to the belly hook so they are actually fishing at the A$$ end of the lure anyway. You might even try something like this....adding a pink or red prawn

I make these myself so you won't find them in stores...but anything close might work :p
