Almost forgot to post this, but as I cleaned out the other boat I borrowed the last few days I remembered that I had it.

We found a tackle box (open with only a red / white bobber & flash 'n glo still inside) floating below weher the mishap ocurred a few days ago.

I know a few Forks area guides (let alone people in general) that wouldn't consider returning anything found on the river after a boating accident. I have heard them bragging about "48 hours for salvage rights, finders keepers!" No names of course.
I admire someone that doesn't try to capitalize on other people's misfortune. Thanks for keeping up the good fight.
