Was just wondering how the columbia river smelt run has been so far this year,this is usually a good indication of how well our fraser river oolichan(smelt) run is.

A few good days.But overall its been really lousy.If this is an indicater for you,I wouldnt count on much.

1 thing I will say is that the Cowlitz was running very cold and so most of the smelt could have spawned in the main stem Col.Thus getting less attention.
