It is time to remind the WDFW who their customer is. They should have to take one of these customer satisfaction classes that we have to take here at Boeing.

Being landlocked.. I am having a hard time understanding this shrimp thing. How big are these shrimp you guys talk about. I am thinking of the shrimp you buy at albertsons or something.. do any of you have a picture of one you could post. Are they huge ??? It would seem that they would have to be to make it worth going after them. Every thing I know about shrimp I learned by watching Forrest Gump. Whats the limit on them ???

Thanks !! those look tasty. I can see now that it is indeed worth it. Are there different kinds ?? or are they all like that. How about prawns ?? When I was at Rivers inlet they said that they can catch those sometimes also.

The pressure on shrimp increases dramatically each year and yet the fish and wildlife commission won't budge on their decision to continue to support and enhance the commercial fishing opportunities. They have turned a deaf ear to the sportsman.

Well it could be stopped, but not until the majority (us) grow a proverbial set of balls and quit being afraid of having the "R" or "B" word thrown our way. That is the most successful strategy that has ever been used in history, and that is how small minorities can get all the benefits they do.... That and guilt....
My greatest pessimistic fear is that the growing of balls that is needed will not happen, and we will all one day (probably not that far off) be writing threads on this board explaining to young people what Crabbing, Shrimping, and clamming was. Their reply will likely be, "Oh, I thought that was just a thing the indians did"..... Get mad folks.... Get damn mad.... I think if a coordinated effort could be made for even 1/2 of all license buyers to boycott for one year we would wake a lot of people up... Can that be done? At this point it wouldn't be giving up too much more than we are being given...
