The women at Carter ck that shot at the boaters this winter has agreed to give up all guns and not commit any other violations for 2 years. If she is able to keep her promise the charges will be dropped.

Hmm, she shot a gun a people? Shouldn't she be in jail? Selective prosecution.........I guess. That doesn't make me feel to safe knowing some people can just fling lead with no punishment. Keep your head low, what if she's on the sauce one day????

I gues what is being said is it is OK to shoot at people as long as you dont hit them, even if you did have intnet.

More job security for me....

If people knew all the stuff that gets dismissed or plea bargined you couldnt sleep at night knowing all the criminals that walk scott free.

That doesn't mean that her daughter doesn't have some guns hanging around. She may have a couple buried in the back yard as back up.This makes me feel real safe, but won't stop
me from runnin the sled up there.Good luck,

I fished the noochie this winter and it was the talk of the river. This woman is nuts yes shooting at a King Co. Cop is nuts.We fished this part of the in are drift boat the guy she shot at was in a sled and she hate sled. But I can feel her pain. We would start are drift above white brigde when we got a mile or so from the take out sled all over the place rude sleds to boot. I don,t like sleds on the upper nooch just think 5.18 ft sleds boondoggin at white brigde. In one spot pulled the over to fish from the bank standing 4ft from shore this guy in sled come flying buy 3ft from my friends wife as she is fishing if I had a gun I might have shoot him but cooler heads provide So can you feel the pain.

It all boils down to this - I'm right, everyone else is wrong, and anyone who disputes this is clearly a dumbfuck.

Well, she IS pretty old.......I think imprisoning her might be a little extreme too......like lobbing lead at a boat.

Hopefully things will settle down a little out there.

This isn't to start another debate on boats and where they should and shouldn't be, just a question. Where would you like a sled to run when you are bank fishing? I run as close as I can to shore so I don't run over the water that people are fishing. I've stopped and asked them to back up so I don't have to run over their water.
