What's with all the hostility toward this show?

It's a comedy and it was funny most of the time, nothing more nothing less.

Star Trek and Wrestling should be crimes if you ask me. It can't get any lamer than those shows. Just about as bad as infomercials, if not worse.

Fishin's been great!!

Mike, you need to get out of the sticks (Concrete) a little more often ;\) , there's a sitcom on NBC called "Friends" that ended about a 10 year run last night!

I was just kidding about the show...I AM a little sick of hearing about it every ten minutes on the news....

Mike B - .It was a cleverly written situation comedy about pretend people with pretend lives who apparently had no other friends other than themselves. In case you need any other news from the outside world...let us know...lol

LOL! Nope, I am jot that out of touch...

My daughter who lives in Canada was a big fan of the show. She was really bummed too when it ended the other night.

Were not THAT FAR upriver that we don't have contact with the rest of humanity on occasion..heck, we've even got cable TV.. \:\)

The way the OP was written it sounded like your wife had argued with her friend and you were sick of hearing of it...

Mike

p.s. Going springer fishing tomorrow...first time...high hopes..not that I'm jazzed or anything... \:D ...but concentration is tough to come by right now.

I never saw the big deal with the show. I watched 10min and that was more than enough for me. Now if only survivor and all the other "realitly" shows would end too!

I don't watch alot of TV but enjoyed watching the reruns to this show when I'd catch them on. Had to watch the last episode and it wasn't all it was out to be. pretty boring ending.

I kick a@@ reality show was "Surviving Nugent" on VH1. That was pretty cool. Bunch of city boys and girls get to camp out in Nugents barn for a week while him and his son put them through hell. \:D

I thought this thread was going to be about the demise of relationships of the posters on this board and another one over the WSR topic.

I never watched an entire episode.

To be honest, I quit watching canned laughter sitcoms a long time ago.

Long live the Outdoor channel and ESPN!

What a relief that's over. That show seemed to be way more like a soap opera rather than a sitcom and would have been better suited for Lifetime or Oxygen...or daytime TV. Just seeing the previews was more than enough for me.

That show never would have been as popular if it didn't get it's start running before Seinfeld.

me too, never saw it , same with seinfield, kelesy grammer 's .show whatever it was or is. Sit coms can take a permannet vacation and it would suit me fine. Sure I've got my favorites, the ones with fishing involved so gimme survivor and rupert with a fish on a spear.
