I was wondering if anyone has any tips on how to fish this lake for bass, craapie, perch, etc.? Can you pay to launch a boat at Erickson's, or do you have to rent a boat there, and how much is a rental?

I haven't gotten too many reports on Kapowsin this year, but if you check the Archives for past years there is a lot of info to be found.

Lots of fish in there, also lots of logs. There is a slide-in boat lauch with a 3 dollar fee. You can rent boats from Erickson's. Row boats are 12-14 dollars, and about 8 more for a trolling motor, but you might want to bring your own battery. Their batteries don't seem to hold a charge for very long. Nice place though, they are always willing to tell you where the type of fish you want are and what bait to use. Great views of sky-divers while you fish.
