Clamming is good on the OR beaches....I got my limit in a little over an hour....with over an hour to go on a wimpy 0.3 minus . Was fooled by a few wee clamazoids but the others made up for it I was a good digger and kept them all...big or small

LF: You convinced me. I'm heading to Oregon to dig some clams and use my new camper. Any suggestions as to what beache to hit? And do you know what an out of state license will cost me?

Dave, Seaside..or Gearhart area....I drove in by the golf course in Gearhart. Not so sure about the Out-of-State thingy...but for OR people it only cost $6.50 ....can't be too much more.

I really like to catch...cook....and eat

Clams done in a egg wash...and covered with ground saltines.....Cod is coated with Louisiana fish fry mix and the fries are hand cut
