Congrats Pat and Leslie, that's awesome! Hey Pat, has Austin beat up any of the other kids in the ward, yet? ;\)

Cheers!

Give our best to Leslie, we'll try to make it out there soon for a visit.

Typical fisherman. Always lying about the size of their catch. ;\)

Congrats Pat and Leslie! Not to worry, as some day you'll get some sleep again. ;\)

Also, congrats to John and Tina! Emma is a little cutie!

Heck, since we're all in a baby mood, might as well announce that we're due for another one on January 2nd.

Pat, Congrats! Your baby is an exact cookie cutter of my son who was born in April. Size and weight an exact match. We just had him in for his 8 week doctor visit and he is now 13lbs 5oz.
Another 4 weeks and I'll recieve my first grand child! God I'm getting old.

May God bless the little ones,
Give strength and rest to their parents,
and greater wisdom to the grandparents.

Me and the moochette just had our third grandchild 2 weeks ago. Praise the Lord. And we've got the first coming to stay with us all next week. When it's all over were going to need some more strength and rest too.

Congrats and best wishes to all you new parents and expecting ones too. Kids are a precious gift!

Almost off topic, but it is so appropriate to this thread.

Some of you may not have heard about that famous Forks area fishing guide and the time his wife bore their first child. After the delighted and exhausted couple returned home from the hospital with the newborn, they began to receive many visitors who came over to see the new baby. Naturally, people were interested in the story about landing this newborn keeper from the North Fork of the PA hospital. One of the guide's friends asked how much the new baby weighed. Although the weight must have been written down somewhere, neither the new mom nor dad could remember. "No problem," the guide said, "I'll go get my fish scale out of the driftboat." So he did, and brought it into the house, and fashioned a little sling to place the infant in. So positioned, the guide lifted the scale and announced to everyone that his newborn son weighed a hefty 16 pounds!

Congratulations to the new moms and dads!

Sincerely,

Salmo g.
