Hey BB

Check out the Smoker Crafts as well they are a nice boat and I think they run a lot less then the Lunds.

I have your boat and it comes with an electric motor.
1999 16' Crestliner with 40hp 4str Suzuki.
All welded.
Galv EZloader
Outfitted with 2 DR's, FF. extras.
Asking $5900
You will want a welded boat rather than rivited.

BB, Take GoForChromes advice. You really should check out his Crestliner. I have the same boat and am very pleased with it.
I'd stay away from the rivited boats.

P.S. That is if his boat has forward controls like mine and not a tiller.
I hunted for 8 months for the right deal.

Anyone care to sell me some "put options" on this stuff, exercisable in about a year? I'll buy them all.

Food, energy, insurance, property taxes, education UP. Potential collapse in real estate and equities. Consumer debt in the stratosphere. Long term interest rates rising.(finally) Record trade and federal deficts.

Well, I guess this is OT but I couldn't resist. I've been looking at SeaSports for the last two years and I fully expect to buy a used one at 60% of today's prices in about a year. "You're crazy", you say. Take a look in about a year.

Well, I'll probably get banned for this one. So be it.

I am extremely happy with my smokercraft. When you get into the quality/price range of these aluminum boats I don't believe that riveted hulls are much of a reason for consern. The only difference you may want to think about is that the riveted boats can create enough turbulance to cause problems with the transducers at higher speeds. I do not know what the other options are, but would ask before installing any new fishfinder. Just my $.02.

Fishhawk 1600.
Click link and picture Suzuki 4str on back.
I can get pics of my boat but it would take a little while.
Happy to do it if you're interested.
I'm losing my storage....make an offer.
