Will it be worth my time to attend the meeting in Bremerton on August 28? Seems to me the meetings are held just to say there was public input, but they rarely listen to the reasoning behind what is said.

Just wondering what the status of WSR is in Washington state. Did the ruling stand, or is that still up in the air. I have to admit however that the intelligence ratio has gone way up on this board since it has not been the hot topic.
