1st time out this year and maybe it was me but it was shaker and dogfish time.
I fished about 4 hours from 6 to about 10.

Marked alot of bait and fish but couldn't put anything in the boat.i saw maybe 2 fish taken:small 2-4# silvers but that was about it.I was marking alot of fish at 40 and at 90 but nothing.I was using the standard stuff, green flasher/squid,coyote and the white glow squid.

Probably about about 20+ boats fishing.

Can anyone enlighten me w/ thier success?

I fished Jeff Head for about three hours on Friday. We caught two silvers about 4 pounds a half hour before the noonish tide change. One at 40 and the other at 100 in about 110 ft of water.
Fished Medow Pt. on Sat mid day with shakers being the only takers.
Nice thunderstorm while we were out yesterday...

Fished Meadow Point this morning for a couple of hours with no action. The fish checker at Shilshole said that he's been seeing a few coho primarily from Jeff Head over the past few days mostly around the 3 1/2 lb. mark. I was actually slow trolling a dodger and a small sparse pink hoochie thinking I might come across a school of sockeye but didn't come across any. Anyone else targeting sockeye in the salt?
