Tuesday July 13th at 6:30PM at the Edmonds Yacht Club in the marina at Edmonds underneath Anthony's Homeport Restaurant will be the site of a very important event. The evening will feature a fund raiser for the Recreational Fishing Alliance and the new Washington Chapter of the RFA. A few key politicians will be there to explain their roles and goals for sports fishing here in Washington. The leaders of RFA locally and nationally will be there to explain what the RFA is doing and will be doing to help improve sports fishing opportunities for all of us.

There will be a barbecue with hamburgers, fries , salads and baked beans...all for only $5 for non members of PSA SnoKing FREE to members in good standing. The BIG raffle will feature 2 G Loomis rods, 2 Lamiglas rods, 4 Penn reels, assorted clothing...All proceed go directly to RFA Washington.

Members of the Washington Sports fishing PAC will also be on hand to explain that new political action committee.

Sports fishers have asked for unifying groups that can really make some things happen. So here you go. Show up to learn , have a great meal and hopefully help the cause with a raffle ticket or an outright donation.

After todays announcement we need to support our political organizations more than ever. We are getting the short end of the decisions so bad it is embarrassing. The 50/50 split after the netting or before the netting?

WHAT A CROCK
1 day 2 fish

We need to have some organized political power, (RFA & Washington PAC) and now is the time.
We actually have something to fight for.

Tomorrow night @ the PSA Sno-King Meeting is just a start for "US" sports fishermen to get organized and let our will and power be known. If we play their game better than them we will win. It will take a huge effort in time, persistence and money. It will pay off.

Im sorry I can not make the meeting but i have sent my contribution and hope will do the same.

Time to make a change !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you choose to make a donation to RFA after looking at the website please designate on the check that it is for the Washington Chapter. The new Washington Chapter kicks off tonight and we already have substantial donations to open a bank account. More later.
