Fishing was pretty good this weekend. We caught Kings to 26#'s and a ton of cod. No silvers until the third day when the bait showed up near Tatoosh.
Made one big mistake and drifted onto Canadian Swiftsure without a Canadian license. A costly mistake.
The cod we caught at Swiftsure were huge and most were suspended at 150 in 300 feet of water which I thought was strange.
I still haven't found a ling spot if someone wants to PM me!
Oh the weather was great as were the seas.
Unlike previous years Big Salmon had no gps coords up.

I will say they were the most polite fish cops I've met. Let's see I fish about 50 days a year in WA and I've been checked once. I fished for an hour or so in the open ocean in BC and get checked.
My favorite line was the part about the fine being $250...that's Canadian so it's almost free eh?
