You talking about out of the Columbia entrance area or elsewhere? For CR info go to the "salty dogs" section of http://www.ifish.net A few Columbia River tuna-holics post regularly there.

Just took a charter out of Westport last Thursday night. Word was fish at about 70 miles. We hit the storm that blew through Friday and some nasty seas and had to turn back in before even getting a line wet.

Sorry to say they were out 60 miles off of
Illwaco last weekend we were going to chase them but I was not willing to go that far alone!! There was lots of big wild silvers
though we landed lots of fish and only got 7 keepers. Dan landed 9 with out a keeper!!
