We CR'd a nice 18 pd King and kept a 10-12 pd Coho tonight at Kingston. Can you beleive a fish that big in the sound this early!
I read someone's post earlier and hit the spot...thanks for the info.

I believe you because my buddy was out in some part of area 9 that will remain undisclosed last weekend and he nailed a 12lber and a marked 14lber. My jaw dropped when I heard the news.

I think he meant the 14# was a clipped hatchery fish.

CR'ed 3 blackmouth at Jeff Head last night. No Coho.

One of which was about 15lbs... at about 50' deep. Painful to CR, but I'm sure it will be a good karma thing in another life.

With the blackmouth still around, gonna try Elliott Bay one more time this weekend...
