Check this out.

"Nationally, recreational fisherman landed 5 percent of fish over the last two decades...

however,

"They said current regulations have done little to constrain recreational fisheries"

Geez, how much more constrained do they want us to be?

Here's a thought; if we're taking a whole 5% and the fish stocks are dwindling, how about talking to the guys taking the other 95-fricken-percent!

Wait a few days and it will come out that this "study" was paid for and done by some someone with ties to the commercial fishing industry..............................Just a guess, but seems very strange. The physics of a fish hook as opposed to a net just does not compute right with this "study"...............Fishy....
