went out on a charter boat was going to go to the river but skipper said was real slow inside so 13 of us went to the ocean caught over 100 fish silvers to 20 plus only caught 23 keepers one small 27" king lots of nice silvers largest was 15lbs gutted and gilled. after coming back talked to several boats that fished the river was told worst day in a week saw three river fish both kings one real blacked glad i went to the ocean. didn't get sick first time in over ten years great

I was out yesterday (ocean, out of Astoria) with a boatful of 8 guys. We got 14 keepers, all coho. No chinook were landed. We released probably 30 fish (just a guess).
