Of course, I'm talking about... THE EDMONDS COHO DERBY on the Saturday after Labor Day. I think we have the best angler/prize ratio around. This year, to keep the crowd to a manageable, fun size, ticket sales are limited. Those who postpone buying tickets may be left out. Coho fishing is really picking up off Edmonds. And there are a lot of large fish. It should be gangbusters out there on derby day!

Me and my buddy were thinking about doing this. The only problem is, we've never fished for coho in the salts  Any tips? We got one DR. Curtis

The winning fish was caught a 1/4 mile from the entrance to the Edmonds marina using a flasher and hochie @ 60'. You can use multible clips on your DR to allow for more than one line on it.

Only 425 total tickets, dont wait to long and miss your chance.  $ 2,000.00 for the largest Coho and only 450 tickets is very good odds.

, where do u do the fishing off of edmonds??? i've been trying to get my buddy to take me out, but i might just have to go make a nice little drive over there and check it out myself
