Has anybody heard if they are up in there. About a week and half ago before the rain my buddy caught a couple small ones in his drift boat but that was it. Maybe the rain pulled then inot the river but I have heard good report about chinook. It seems like the run is always better in august right after they close it.

Can't make it tomorrow (in-laws arriving... ..),
but if the Sky is anything like the Skagit, there should be some fish to be caught. I know the bulk of the Skagit run doesn't come in till mid/late October (generally), but there are oodles of fish in here now, mixed with the Kings, of course.

Be sure to take your camera...we need some fish porn!

It's too early for any significant numbers of coho yet. The rain should have pulled a few in, but it'll be a few weeks still. As of the 26th they had trucked 30 on the south fork.

2nd week of Sept. is when they show

Is this wallace hatchery Chinook run or Sky wild Chinook run?

Summer to tell you the truth I dont know if they are the Hatchery or the Wilds but I am going to float the Sky with a friend this afternoon and if we hook into anything I will post it.
