You want to keep an eye on the regulations because rumor down there has it that this weekend could very well be it?

Ron, I plan on being there also.

Not sure where I will be moored, got to call tomorrow to find out. I have a credit for moorage left from July when I brought the boat home to repair the scupper leaks. Then the catch rate went down, so I haven't been back. Hope the camper still has the electricity hooked up or the fridg may be smelling.

If they close it then I'll just head for the Willapa. My camper is at North Cove anyway.

No doubt the final days are upon us. The two weeks before the kill-all-you-can rule on Aug 29, there were 2700 clipped coho being killed per week. Now that wild coho are fair game, count on 3-4 times that many being bonked.... that's 8,000-11,000 coho per week. At that rate, the entire 10,000 quota may well be gone by Sunday, Monday at the latest. Wouldn't count on being able to fish on Tue 9/8.
