Yep it's true. About time this happend.

Wouldn't the real answer be to quit raising so many freaking Chum just to support the tribal egging. These fish have virtually no value to the economy until they get to Hoodsport, then they only support a few people. I know Chinook cost more to raise but at least we, or the Canadians , get a return on the fish economically before they return to the hatchery.
Seems were spending a lot of money to support the egging or Carcs when we could just not make the problem in the first place.
