Would you be willing to donate to a trust account that would use the money to pay Tribal or Non Tribal Nations to legally Kill Sea Lions?
My goal would be to reduce the number of Sea lions to help increase the sports fishing Salmon and Steelhead numbers. I personally do not think the Tribes would do this without some incentive.
