Never seen 'em. I did stop at Walmart tonight on my way home from work to replenish my Dick Nite stock. They wanted $2.48 a piece! Ouch! I'll get 'em somewhere else.

Wal-Mart is usually cheap. I think you can get them under $2 at outdoor emporium. new location by safeco stadium or is it qwest?

Dick is still promoting his spoons and I would think if he had sold out, that he wouldn't be promoting.

That's pretty interesting! You'd think I would have heard about that!

Dick Nite has NOT been bought out by Luhr Jensen. Luhr Jensen started making that lure MANY years after Dick Nite's were made, and has tried hard to make their package look like ours - they even changed to a blister pack from skin-pack after we did... I guess I should take that as a compliment!?

Anyway, I have heard of Fisherman's telling people that before, and have to laugh. You see, THEY decided not to carry our products because we wouldn't give them a special deal, so they had to go to selling Lucky Knights... They don't want people going elsewhere to get the real thing, I guess!

Almost everybody (other than Fisherman's Marine) carries the ORIGINAL Dick Nite, we aren't selling out to anyone, and don't plan on it!

Sorry this post has absolutely nothing to do with fishing - I just had to jump in and correct the rumor...

Hey Thanks Dick! I think it is great when the owner's or employees of some of the companies we discuss here jump in with their .02

Pleasure to have you aboard here, and if you ever need anyone to help ya field test a new product or color..... ;\)

I agree with Skyguy! thanks for clearing that up Sir! It's much better to get the truth from the people who are really in the know.

Now if I could have just gotten a fish on them last weekend! \:\)

Good info Dick. I liked reading your post on hooks on another site.

Thanks for the update Dick. It was just last week that they told me that.I wouldnt even shop there if I didnt have a gift certificate.Just 1 more reason for me to stay away from Fishermans. Are the salespeople there just misinformed or are they intentionally misleading.

I have spoken with the office there and they assured me that it was not an intentional action.

I know I would never intentionally mislead someone like that, so I have to assume the best for them and think they were just mistaken... I hope so anyway.
