My boys and I went out of Everett on Saturday. I was intending on fishing Shipwreck, but the wind was blowing too hard and I decided to stay in the protected shoreline between Everett and Mukilteo. The late moring was kind of slow, but we managed to pick up a couple decent silvers after the high tide change.

\:\) Judging by the number of seals and sealions working Port Gardner Bay it seems that the bulk of the silver run has moved into the area between Mukultio and the river mouth. Did manage to hit a 14lbr at Skachett Head today.(was out there all by my lonesome) Saw some nice fish caught on the east side of Possession at the tide change. Also saw a number of commercials staging out of Everett so it looks like they will get an opener sometime soon! \:\( Better get out now if your thinking about it cause the fishing will be a tough go once the nets go in!

The seiners were working Colvos Passage pretty hard yesterday as well. I am not sure if they were targeting the silvers that have been coming through or if they know the Chums are in?

Last year, as I recall the netters were in 8-2 well into November and seemed to impact the blackmouth fishery, atleast for me.

I drove down to Mukilteo and didn't see any netters in the area. Anybody been out fishing in 8-2?
