showed up at ryenvanns bar little after 7;00am this morning. There was so many rigs parked there i couldnt belive it.. they were parked two deep all the way across the gravel bar.. we said to hell with that noise and did something else. went by the hatchery and it was wall to wall rigs there too.. stopped to take a look and there wasnt a good fish that i seen jumping.. hope we get big rain then maybe the other rivers will get new fish and spred the people out.

Slammer:

Monday will thin the people out.........nothing like a workday to lessen the crowd on a river.

It sure was nice on the "big river". I guess between hunting season, and the big crowd on the Humptulips sure took lot's of boats and people off the Chehalis.
