hit the green near 18 today, caught about a dozen dark silvers each. One was a keeper but got off. Saw no chums but im sure there were some there. Saw 3 boats, 2 drifts and a cop sled, no steelhead. That is all.

If you were fishing below 18 I probably saw you there. I live about 5 min from there and with the new house I have to many other things to do other than fish right now. Plus all my gear is in boxes. Where are the Boat put ins around there. I am thinking of getting a toon soon. I will let you know when I have some time and maybe we can hook up.

Thanks YNR

Had the day off, so I fished from Flaming Geyser down to Hwy 18. Only saw dark red Silvers with dust bunnies.

BTW, are they ever going to clear that log jam below 18? Its is a huge mess.

Hit Reith hole and saw a few shoot through but water was a bit swift, caught nothing.

The put in is at "Whitney Bridge". Just below flaming geyser park. Not the best launch but easily dooable. Stay left of the first log jam, if it is still big(mile down). And stay way right just before 18 so you miss the fish trap, you'll see the signs.
