It's time for me to be a giver as I've received many reports from this site.

My experience on the Sko is limited but here goes a report.

I was really targeting Chum in the river. I found a large pod but couldn't get any biters only managed to fould hook three fish so I moved on. The number of Chum in the river seems to be much lower than anticipated so far, maybe the heart of the run is still coming. I did manage to fair hook a Chum later in the day.

I witnessed many Silvers being caught, more than the weekend before. I was surprised that the silver run was still so strong.

I was there saturday and hooked about a million chum, maybe half of them fair hooked. Only saw two sivlers caught all day.

Fished with the coolest bunch of combat fishermen ever. Everybody was having a great time and hooking fish....seemed like combat comraderie.

If any of you guys were down there at the bend (under the gate and through the pasture) thanks for beig so cool and making the day awesome.

Likewise 4 of us were down on the Sko Sunday in the same area and caught Chum until I was thoroughly sore. Lots of fish so everyone was in a good mood. Saw about 8 chrome silvers landed.
